I request that all materials regarding the below enumerated topics be provided to me under the Freedom of Information Act. Said materials should include, but are not limited to documents in paper or electronic/digital form, audio and video recordings and still photographs in any and all media (including but not limited to electronic/digital, tape, or hard/paper formats), for the relevant discovery, planning, response, action, and after-assessment periods related to the below enumerated topics. Said materials should include, but are not limited to, any materials bearing in any manner upon the below enumerated topics, from the tactical and immediate operations level, to agency- and administration-wide directives, policies, or strategies. Said materials should include, but are not limited to, those included in the Bureau's planning and implementation of policy and action regarding the below enumerated topics, and those brought to the Bureau's attention or gathered or developed in the course of agency-wide or operation-specific activity, but rejected for inclusion in the aforementioned planning and implementation. I request that all documents containing information regarding the following topics be provided to me: * protests of the World Bank and International Monetary Fund, Washington DC, on or about April 16, 2000; * FBI intelligence gathering in support of security for the protests of the World Bank and International Monetary Fund, Washington DC, on or about April 16, 2000; * performance reviews of FBI or law enforcement agencies or personnel during the protests of the World Bank and International Monetary Fund, Washington DC, on or about April 16, 2000; * any video or audio or still photography taken of the protests or protesters of the World Bank and International Monetary Fund, Washington DC, on or about April 16, 2000; * FBI monitoring of Web sites, electronic mailing lists, newsgroups or any other electronic, online or Internet forums in which occurred discussion of protests of the World Bank and International Monetary Fund, Washington DC, on or about April 16, 2000; * FBI monitoring of Web sites, electronic mailing lists, newsgroups or any other electronic, online or Internet forums related to organizations, groups or persons involved in sponsoring, organizing, or providing support services for the protests of the World Bank and International Monetary Fund, Washington DC, on or about April 16, 2000; If your agency response is not satisfactory, I am prepared to make an administrative appeal. Please indicate to me the name of the official to whom such an appeal should be addressed. I am aware that if my request is denied I am entitled to know the grounds for this denial. I am aware that while the law allows your agency to withhold specified categories of exempted information, you are required by law to release any segregable portions that are left after the exempted material has been deleted from the data I am seeking.
