Sorry to dispute you Mr. Billips, but if Whitey is keeping you down by not delivering DSL it may be something more subtle like Tha Man's dislike of your opinions on gun issues.
I live in the ethnically rich (read: white AND black people) neighborhood of East Atlanta and I, just yesterday, signed up for DSL service with Mindspring. I have a Valentine's day date with an installer.
I haven't told the drug dealers at the end of my street yet but I'm sure when they find out they'll be excited by the opportunities that high-speed e-commerce will provide for their All-American small business enterprises!
