Once again, the Man is keepin' me down

Hey, man, once again whitey is keepin' me down by denying me access to high-speed Internet service.

I've been checking BellSouth.net and Mindspring on a regular basis for weeks, but so far "DSL service is not available to this telephone line."

Meanwhile, my compadres in more whitebread suburbs are downloading streaming video like it's HBO. Does the fact that half the people in my census tract would prefer their Web content in Hmong or Spanish have anything to do with this disparity? Hmmm?
