This could be very helfpul. Lets you declare datatypes in XML
DTDs, obviously enriching any data scheme formalized by a DTD.
This isn't for free as, I assume, validating parsers will have
to take account of these datatypes.
This is targetted at applications that cannot use XML Schema,
but I suspect it will get used by people, like me, who know
DTD syntax well, but haven't learned XML Schema yet.
