Jeff Merkey claims that Novell has violated the GPL in at least 3 cases:

• Netware 4.x/5.x contains GPL code from the XFree86 XWindows Subsytem

• ICS, Netware Border Manager contains GPL code from Squid/Harvest Cache

Are these claims true? Has anyone verified this?
