So, you've read all about the report of the National Commission on Terrorism to Congress. You've heard commentators comment on it, you've seen talking heads talk about it. But did you read it yourself? No, of course not, because you couldn't find it anywhere online.
Well, resourceful Monkey Kendall Clark found it, albeit a poorly scanned version. And he read it. And then he sat down and wrote about it, so you can read his unfashionably left-leaning analysis.
