Don't Racist Yahoo! Clubs Violate the Terms of Service?

The Yahoo Terms of Service are very clear; if you don't believe me, read them yourself. Surely the people at Yahoo have lawyers who understand the company's own Terms of Service? Why, then, are there so many racist, hateful Yahoo! Clubs, and why is Yahoo allowing them to grow and prosper, making Yahoo the preferred Internet venue for hate-filled, racist, inflammatory speech?

What part of "hateful, racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable" Content doesn't Yahoo understand?

You agree to not use the Service to:
a. upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable...

I suggest emailing Yahoo and letting them know that they are allowing many groups to flourish which plainly violate the Terms of Service, and that these groups should be suspended permanently.
