Fascism in the Heart Land

Frank Keating, the right-wing governor of America's self-styled "heart land," Oklahoma, thinks that random student drug testing, draconian penalties for marijuana cultivation and incentives for student drug-screenings are all very good things.

Seems that what Oklahoma needs more than anything is a lot of drugs; that is the most uptight, repressive, right-wing fundamentalist Christian state in the country. Increased pot smoking in Oklahoma would almost certainly improve the place.
