One U.S. soldier was killed, another injured when they happened across a landmine on a road in Kosovo. Meanwhile, the U.S. continues to reject the internation anti-landmine treaty. Where is the outrage from the public and the media, normally the first to complain when any serviceman dies in the line of duty?
