Atlanta has been hit with the first winter emergency of the Third Millenium™, and it's a doozy. Power knocked out for 250,000 people -- that means no heat and no lights for quite a few of us -- and temperatures plunging down into the low 30's!
Yeah, yeah, I know that's not a real weather disaster, but gimme a break, this is Georgia.
